Our Mission is to provide Project Management services to the heritage and cultural sector, working in a collaborative partnership with organisations who share the same values, create positive cultures and achieve shared ambitions. We can do this, by using our breadth and depth of knowledge from working in the sector for many years with a diverse range of organisations.

You may be an organisation who are starting on their journey and feeling a bit unsure of your next steps, or an organisation who are part way through your project and feel like you’ve lost your way, or you may be really clear about your direction of travel and what you need. In all cases, we can help you develop your ideas and deliver them through a wide range of services. We do this by listening and helping you to develop and guide your thoughts, in order to understand your needs. 

We love visiting you in your own environment to help understand what you need, so we offer an initial site visit and fact-finding meeting at no fee depending on the nature of the organisation. This often helps you to develop a brief and review where you are and what you need.
