Project & Programme Management

From concept through to completion, we can offer you full Project Management services for Capital Projects - working directly with clients or through other disciplines.

In addition, we can help you with full Programme Management services - managing a full programme of works, across different projects - managing interdependencies, budgets and reporting.

This may go hand in hand with other workstreams - Interpretation, Volunteer Management, Collections Care, Engagement Activities and Commercial/ Events activities.

Happy to discuss your specific requirements and understand how best we can help you.

Financial Reporting

Both Rob and Naomi are experienced in supporting clients with their Financial Reporting for projects. By using bespoke reporting tools and working with clients, an accurate record and easy to understand documents can be used to present to funders and other accountable bodies.

Community and Visitor Engagement

Any project which focusses on the heritage and cultural sector will have strong elements of engagement requirements. Naomi led the team which developed and piloted Conservation in Action for English Heritage at Brodsworth Hall and took that experience and built on it for other projects. It is now an area which she enjoys developing with project teams for each project to meet client expectations.

Troubleshooting and problem solving

Many projects don't go as planned and Naomi has often been appointed to unpick projects and put them back together again. These things happen and are often due to differing skill sets within teams, or simply lack of focussed time.

Mentoring

Naomi provides mentoring  opportunities for client side Project Managers who wish to develop their skills and confidence. This can be tailored to suit individual requirements and often includes helping them to gather their thoughts and find their own way forwards as well as developing their own skills. Do get in touch if you're interested.

Social Values

Naomi has a strong ethical background and believes in helping voices to be heard, views to be respected and project journeys to be a positive experience for everyone, whilst also trying to meet expectations, aspirations and create clear project objectives.
As a developing strategy, Naomi is creating links with the Local Economic Partnership, Malton Heritage Hub, Circular Malton and local businesses to help find ways of becoming more locally focussed with goods and services. She undertakes pro-bono work for Malton Museum, spending time 'Front of House' with visitors, supporting the Trustees with Property issues and the future development of the museum
Naomi Atherton Limited is an SME based in Malton, North Yorkshire.
